INCUBATION CENTRE 

            The College has an Innovation and Skill Development Centre which provides a platform for the students to nurture their ideas and hunt their talents into viable business. Hence, the College rightly identifies students, based upon their exhibited talents, innovative ideas and varied skills that generate articles/products which can be marketed. Department of Commerce Botany, Zoology, Chemistry and Women Empowerment Cell among others foster and promote skills among the students through conducting demonstrations and workshops with Resource Persons and Peer trainings. Identified Students are provided with the following material resources.

            The articles/products which are made by the students are on demand by the individuals as well as the community. The prepared articles/products are popularized and sold through exhibitions. This process encourages further sale. The activities of the innovation and Skill Development Centre includes

ENTREPRENEURSHIP 

            The institution encourages the students to develop their enterprises by enhancing their entrepreneurship skills by organizing consumers’ day celebrations, guest lectures. Seminars/ Workshops on the importance of entrepreneurship, Promotion of startups in rural areas are also conducted by the institution. Young entrepreneurs and eminent industrialists are invited to inspire and extend their knowledge to the students. Entrepreneurship skills such as Mushroom cultivation, Flower bouquet making and Vermi-compost preparation  are developed by giving required training to the student community. With these programs the college provides many opportunities to meet the expertise in the industry. In addition, service and marketing oriented training programmes are conducted by the institution to hone the entrepreneurship skills in the students.
